To Obtain Payment Status Information
Payment Status Information must be obtained by accessing the following as our agency no longer gives out payment information over the phone:

The Job & Family Services - Office of Child Support Web-Site provides payors and payees with payment and balance information including the last payment and date received, and a total balance.

Caseloads are broken down according to the custodial parent's last name (as long as there is a support order established), your caseworker would be as follows:
