Seneca One Stop
The Seneca County One Stop and Career Center is a partnership between the Seneca County DJFS and our community One Stop Partners that offers a wide range of free services to individuals in the surrounding community. These services are designed to help individuals find jobs or find better jobs.
Our staff can provide ideas that will help you in writing or refining your resume. Printers, resume paper and envelopes are also available so that you have a supply of current resumes to sent to prospective employers. They can guide you through on-line job searches through the OhioMeansJobs website.Free employment readiness seminars are available to prepare you for finding the right job for you. These seminars are sponsored in part by our partner NorthCoast Jobs Connection.
Free computer classes are available to help prepare you for today’s work environment. See our Calendar of Events for a schedule of computer classes and employment seminars. If you are interested in registering, speak with any one of the One Stop Staff at (419) 447-5011 Extension 443.
Phones and a fax machine are also available during normal work hours to use for your job search.
When it is time to think about interviewing, a number of videos are available for viewing to get helpful tips about “best practices”. These videos will help you with the do’s and don'ts at an interview.
