To Obtain Payment Status Information
Payment Status Information must be obtained by accessing the following as our agency no longer gives out payment information over the phone:
- The Ohio Child Support Customer Service Web Portal is available for customers to access their account information as well as view and print payment histories. The portal will provide” real time” account information and is available seven (7) days a week, twenty-three (23) hours a day.
