What is a Certified Child Care Provider?
You can become a certified child care provider with payments being provided to you by families, with those payments subsidized by the Seneca County Department of Job and Family Services.

How do I Apply to Become a Provider?
If you are interested in becoming a child care provider, call us at (419) 447-5011 and request to speak to the Child Care Provider staff person. That staff person can give you general information and do an initial screening. If you meet the general requirements, an application can be sent to you.

Ohio Department of Job & Family Services Child Care in Ohio provides class schedules, forms, & links to state regulations.
The Seneca County Department of Job and Family Services also offers training for Current Certified Providers. Call us at (419) 447-5011 and request to speak to the Child Care Provider staff person for details.
